Save paper and time with eStatements from Citizens Bank of Morgantown! We will e-mail you when your statements are available for you to view. An eStatement gives you convenient and secure online access to your statement.

To sign up for E-Statements:
Before signing up, you must be enrolled in Citizens Online Banking. If you are not enrolled, contact us or Click here for an Application. Once the application is completed, you can email, fax or bring the application to our high street office.
To get started with eStatements, you can fill out an eStatement Enrollment Form here or sign up at our High Street location while talking with one of our knowledgeable and friendly staff. They will set you up with eStatement when you open your account or they will change your existing accounts to receive eStatements.
Once you are set up with eStatements, you will receive an email letting you know that your eStatements ready and you can view it. It is easy to view your eStatements, just log on to your on-line banking account and choose an account from under the Account tab. Then click the Documents tab and choose the type of document you would like to view. When choosing the DDA Account Statements, under the Documents tab, it will bring up all the statements that are available to be printed or viewed for the specific account number.
You will need to stay active with your on-line banking or your statements will change back to a mailed paper form.
